Temecula Valley Makes Historic Win in CIF-SS Boys Basketball Title, Defeating Northview 53-40

ONTARIO, Calif. - For the first time ever, Temecula Valley is a CIF-Southern Section boys basketball champion. The Golden Bears got going late in the first quarter and never let their foe get too close in the 4A championship, winning 53-40 against Northview on Saturday at Toyota Arena. Jeremiah Profit led both sides with 18 points and five assists, and added three steals for Temecula Valley. Liam Hodgkinson and Taj Jackson scored 10 points apiece.
