MELBOURNE, Fla. - Coming off another tournament medalist performance, the University of Tampa junior Ana Maria Jimenez Rios has been announced as the Sunshine State Conference Golfer of the Week. Jimenez Rios garners Golfer of the Week following a victory at the Lady Moc Classic hosted by Florida Southern at Grasslands Golf and Country Club in Lakeland, Florida. The junior from Merida, Mexico, carded a 2-under 214 to beat a field of 98 golfers.
