RPI Men’s Swimming Excels at Liberty League Championships with Record-Breaking Performances

ITHACA, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) men's swimming and diving team finished their weekend at the Liberty League Championships on Saturday, as the Engineers maintained and finished third in the event. The championship was held at Ithaca College. Notable finishes on the final day came from both Jason Weller and Nicholas Stefanidis. Weller won Men's 200 yard backstroke with a school record and NCAA B Cut time of 1:49.03. Stefanidis came through with a third place finish in Men's 200 Breaststroke in a school record time of 2:03.98.
