Brandeis University's senior center, Aedan Using, has been named the 2024 University Athletic Association Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Year, while junior forward/guard Gilbert Otoo received a UAA Honorable Mention. Using led the team in rebounding, steals, and blocked shots, and also topped the team in assists. Meanwhile, Otoo was the leading scorer for the Judges this season.
