Brookfield East Girls Basketball Team Dominates DSHA with 77-54 Victory, Advances to Sectional Semifinal

BROOKFIELD — Brookfield East’s girls basketball team made it 3-for-3 against DSHA this season with a 77-54 victory over the eighth-seeded Dashers in a WIAA Division 1 regional final Saturday. The top-seeded Spartans pulled away after taking a 30-20 lead into halftime. Shae Kelley had a team-high 23 points, while Maya Kovacic added 20 and Josie Wilber 10.
