Justin Fields on the move?: 5 landing spots if QB is traded

The Falcons are in clear need of an upgrade under center. While the offense is loaded with talented weapons like tight end Kyle Pitts, running back Bijan Robinson and wide receiver Drake London, the quarterback position has done a poor job getting the ball to its playmakers as second-year signal caller Desmond Ridder under-performed last season. Given the weak NFC South division and the team’s myriad of offensive talent, Atlanta should be motivated to make a move and Fields would be a fantastic option.

The Georgia native would likely love the idea of playing for his home state, especially one with the type of offensive players already on the roster. Add the fact that the former general manager who drafted him, Ryan Pace, is currently in the Falcons front office and there are plenty of dots to connect for the two sides. With the No. 8 overall pick in each round of the draft and an extra third-round pick from the Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta has the draft compensation that could attract the Bears. The only questions are if the Falcons make a good enough offer and if Chicago is truly motivated to move on from its quarterback.
