Five UW-Oshkosh women's basketball players were honored with selections to the 2024 All-WIAC Team, with Kennedy Osterman and Kayce Vaile leading the way. Osterman, in her first career selection, was also named to the All-Defensive Team. Meanwhile, Kayce Vaile earned her second-straight All-WIAC nod and led the league in rebounds per contest. Sarah Hardwick and Bridget Froehlke also received honors, and Mackenzie Tlachac was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team. Brad Fischer, in his 12th season with Oshkosh, was named Kwik Trip Coach of the Year for the fourth time in his career, leading the Titans to their 15th regular season WIAC title and the 19th trip to the NCAA Tournament in program history.
