BI’s Parham named region’s top offensive basketball player Bradwell Institute junior Parris Parham was named the Region 1-AAAAA girls basketball offensive player of the year for the 2023-24 season. Parham averaged 19.1 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. The 5-foot-10 junior also averaged two steals and two assists per game.
