Cowan Earns PAC First Team Honors

TRAFFORD, Pa. - February 29, 2024 - On Friday afternoon, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released the ALL-PAC teams for the 2023-24 Swimming and Diving seasons. Junior Ali Cowan finished off her impressive season with First Team ALL-PAC honors. Cowan had four silver medals through her first two years at Chatham. She snapped that goldless streak as she took home the gold medal in the 1M diving and silver in the 3M diving during the PAC Championships two weeks ago.
