Walker, Heard Earn All-Conference Honors

ATLANTA, GA-- After a successful trip to the Sun Belt Conference indoor track and field championships, Keniya Walker and Maleah Heard earned A;;-Sun Belt honors, the conference announced on Thursday. Walker was named to the All-Sun Belt second team after a second-place finish in the 400-meter event. She recorded a personal-best 54.97 time and set the new Georgia State program record. She placed first in the qualifiers with a personal-best 54.95 time to advance to finals.
