Trojans Come Out Throwing At The Beach Opener

Track & Field | March 01, 2024 Graduate transfer Sara Zabarino placed second in the women's javelin throw with the fourth-farthest throw in school history to lead the Trojans during the first day of the Beach Opener held Jack Rose Track in Long Beach, Calif. today (March 1). Zabarino had a best throw of 168-2 (51.27m) to place second in the women's javelin throw. That mark moved her to fourth on the USC women's all-time top 10 list in the javelin throw.
