Boys basketball: Tre Poteat leads Verona to regional semifinal win over Sun Prairie East

The Verona boys basketball team is hoping its a Sun Prairie sweep this weekend after knocking off Sun Prairie East in a WIAA Division 1 regional semifinal 86-72 on Friday, March 1, at Sun Prairie East High School. With the win, the 11th-seeded Wildcats (15-10) advance to take on third-seeded Sun Prairie West (18-5) in a regional final on Saturday, March 2.
