Cowan Competes in Day 1 of NCAA Diving Regionals

ROCHESTER, NY. - March 2, 2024 - On Friday afternoon, Junior Ali Cowan participated in the NCAA Diving Regionals in Rochester, New York. Cowan continued to shine in the 1M Diving event. Facing the best of the best in the area, Cowan showed up. She set a new career-high NCAA Regionals score for the event (360.70). Cowan placed 18th, which matches her personal best playing at this level of competition. Cowan accomplished all of that even while battling a nagging knee injury.
