Men’s Track & Field: Heitler PRs, DMR Breaks Record at Wartburg Qualifier

WAVERLY, Iowa - Macalester College junior Arlo Heitler (Hastings, N.Y./Hastings) ran his best time in the 400 meters on Saturday at the Wartburg Qualifier. Yesterday, he helped the Scots' distance medley relay team break the school record. Heitler finished second in the 400 with a time of 49.41, which is .12 seconds faster than his previous best of 49.53, set at St. Olaf on Feb. 17. The time also ranks second all-time at Macalester.
