Smith, Clifton reach WOU top 10s in 10K at Erik Anderson Memorial Ice Breaker

MCMINNVILLE, Ore. --- A pair of 10,000 runners highlighted a soggy outdoor opening weekend for the Western Oregon track and field teams in which one of the Wolves' meets was canceled. Bailey Smith and Ali Clifton each ran all-time top-10 times in the 10K on Friday night at the Erik Anderson Memorial Ice Breaker hosted by Linfield while the Wolves' other meet set for Saturday - the Willamette Opener - was canceled due to inclement weather.
