Bassitt Gets Silver Medal At Indoor Worlds Following Top Heat Time In Men’s 4×4

On Sunday (March 3) at the 2024 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow, Scotland, former Ashland University national champion Trevor Bassitt picked up a silver medal in the men's 4x400-meter relay. The 4x400 heats on Sunday morning saw Bassitt help Team USA to the best preliminary time at 3:05.56. He ran with Matthew Boling, Paul Dedewo and Christopher Bailey. Bassitt's silver came when the Team USA finalists of Jacory Patterson, Boling, Noah Lyles and Bailey finished second in the finals on Sunday afternoon in 3:02.60.
