Griffon Women’s Golf Claims SMSU Team Title in Spring Opener

SMSU Spring Invitational Results Litchfield Park, AZ - The Missouri Western women's golf team is bringing a share of a team title back from the desert. The Griffons finished tied for first with Western New Mexico to claim the SMSU Spring Invitational held at Wigwam Resort Red Course. MWSU finished with a two-date total of 599 (+23) to share the top honors of the 12-team tournament. The Griffons shaved 11 strokes from Monday (305) into Tuesday (294) to claim the team victory.
