Three members of the Women’s Basketball Team Named All-MEC

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - The Mountain East Conference announced its women's basketball award winners and All-Conference teams. Fairmont State's Katy Darnell , Alyssa DeAngelo and Jalen Gibbs received All-MEC honors. Darnell was named First Team All-Conference and on the season so far, she is second on the team in scoring with 15.3 points per game. For the year, she leads the Falcons with 7.2 rebounds per game and is shooting 51.2-percent (171-334) from the field.
