Jackson, Tenn. - The men's and women's basketball teams are set to open up play in the Gulf South Conference tournament today. The No. 5/11 Lady Bulldogs ended the year with a 28-2 overall record (22-2 GSC) while the David Niven -led Bulldogs ended the year 14-14 overall (11-13 GSC). For the past six years, both the men's and women's basketball programs have made it to the conference tournament.
