Veronica Sheffey Earns All-WCC Honors

SAN DIEGO – San Diego women's basketball guard Veronica Sheffey has earned All-WCC Second Team honors, as the West Coast Conference announced their annual postseason awards on Tuesday. Hailing from Woodinville, Wash., Sheffey is in the midst of a career-best season as a sophomore, as she leads the Toreros in scoring at 12.3 points per game.
