Eight members of the Little Rock swimming and diving team have been honored as part of the 2024 Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Scholar-Athlete Team, recognizing their achievements both in the pool and academically. Among those recognized are senior Aubry Matthews and juniors Kyra Apodaca, Gillian Boggs, Jaelle Carlson, Olivia Henderson, Lucy Jahn, Caitlin Romprey, and Devin Trammell. These athletes have demonstrated outstanding performance in the classroom, with impressive grade-point averages alongside their athletic accomplishments. The MVC Scholar-Athlete Team for 2024 includes a total of 66 swimmers and divers, with 12 of them achieving a perfect 4.00 GPA, including Little Rock's Devin Trammell. The remaining seven Trojans earned grade point averages of 3.70 or above, contributing to the team's recognition as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team this fall.
