Three University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) Prairie Stars basketball players received All-Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) honors. Jordan Rice earned First Team recognition, while Jacob Hanna and Jack Weber made the Second Team. Hanna was also selected to the All-Defensive Team. Rice averages 14 points and 4.7 rebounds per game and was previously selected to the league's All-Freshman Team. Hanna has had a breakout season, scoring 448 points in 30 starts, with notable performances against regional opponents and reigning GLVC Champions. Weber, a third-time All-GLVC honoree, ranks seventh in the conference in field goal percentage and is approaching the program's all-time scoring record. UIS will compete at the GLVC championship tournament this weekend in St. Charles, Mo.
