Former Cardinal Sets EuroLeague Scoring Record
BEAUMONT, Texas – NBA legend LeBron James has often been referred to as King James, so it only makes sense that a James – Mike James – is the new scoring king of the EuroLeague. The former Cardinal standout set the league scoring record Thursday evening with 4,457 th career point surpassing Vassilis Spanoulis. A 10-year veteran of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, James reached the mark in 271 games. The previous mark (4,455 was set in 358 games).
