UNCG Women’s Basketball Dominates Furman, Advances to SoCon Semifinals
ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Greensboro (UNCG) women’s basketball team never allowed Furman to lead in its 64-44 win in The Southern Conference (SoCon) Quarterfinal matchup on Thursday at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center to advance to the Semifinals. Thursday’s win marks the second consecutive year that UNCG has made it to the SoCon Semifinals. Four Spartans claimed doubles figures in the contest.
