WBB: Huskies Fall to Lamar in Season Finale

Follow @HCUWBB BEAUMONT, Texas – The HCU women's basketball team took a 69-47 loss in the Huskies' season finale on the road at Neches Federal Credit Union Arena to Southland Conference champion Lamar on Thursday evening. Tove Caesar put the Huskies (6-23, 1-17 SLC) on the board first with a three-point inside the first minute but the Cardinals (23-5, 17-1 SLC) scored the next 15 points of the game and kept HCU off the board for more than six minutes to lead, 15-3.
