Balcome & Gunderson represent UWRF at Day One of NCAA Indoor Championships

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The UW-River Falls track & field team closed out its 2023-24 indoor season on Friday, March 8, represented by the duo of Jacob Balcome and Annika Gunderson at the NCAA Indoor Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports Center. Annika Gunderson , a sophomore making her second career NCAA Indoor Championship appearance, finished tied for 14th of 19 individuals in the women's pole vault, clearing 3.47 meters (11 feet, 4.5 inches).
