Junior forward Katie Starr from Berwick, Pa., has been named to the first team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East. Starr led the Bloomsburg women's basketball team in points per game, rebounds per game, steals per game, total blocks, and field goal percentage during the 2023-24 season. She finished the season with career-high marks in multiple categories, including points, rebounds, steals, and blocks.
