Lake Superior State hands Tommies game one loss
MENDOTA HEIGHTS, Minn.. – St. Thomas Men's Hockey (14-19-2, 12-11-1 CCHA) fell to the Lake Superior State Lakers (16-18-1, 11-12-1) 4-1 after three unanswered goals in the final two periods in game one of the best-of-three game series. GAME RECAP The Lakers scored the game's first goal at 16:19 on their seventh shot of the game. Matthew Gleason answered back with five seconds to go in the period on the Tommies' third shot.
