Men’s Golf Makes Spring Debut at Laker Spring Shootout

Jackson Springs, N.C. The Golden Eagles men's golf team made their spring campaign debut as they journeyed to North Carolina to compete in the Laker Spring Shootout. Originally a two-day tournament, Mother Nature had other ideas as expected, heavy rainfall had many teams, including Clarion, complete both rounds of golf today. The Golden Eagles finished ninth in the 12-team field with a team score of 624. Will Meyer and Brennan Karalfa paced the Golden Eagles individually, finishing 22nd in the shootout.
