Thunder women’s tennis team ends Spring Break slate with 6-3 victory over Adrian College

Orlando, Fla. -- Playing its third match in as many days, the Wheaton women's tennis team took to the courts this afternoon for the last of its Spring Break contests in Florida. The Thunder defeated MIAA opponents Adrian College by a score of 6-3 to earn a 2-1 record for the week and improve to 11-3 on the season overall. Adrian won the #1 doubles fixture today, but the Thunder claimed victory by the same 8-5 margin at both #2 and #3 doubles to establish an advantage heading into singles play.
