Early Deficit Leads to Harding Falling in GAC Tournament Semifinals
SHAWNEE, Okla. – No. 2 seed Harding fell behind early and never completely recovered in a 79-72 loss to No. 6 seed Southwestern Oklahoma on Saturday in the semifinals of the Great American Conference Tournament at FireLake Arena. The loss dropped the Lady Bisons to 25-5 overall and has the team awaiting word from the NCAA on its postseason fate. The NCAA Division II selection show will occur Sunday at 9:30 p.m. on NCAA.com.
