Pitt State Men Receive Invitation to NCAA-II Tournament

PITTSBURG — The Pittsburg State University men's basketball team earned an at-large berth into the 64-team NCAA Division II National Tournament Sunday (Mar. 10). The Gorillas earned the No. 5 seed in the Central Regional that will take place Mar. 16-19 on the Minnesota State University campus at Mankato, Minn. The Gorillas (21-10) will make their seventh all-time trip to the NCAA-II Tournament – Pitt State's first berth under second-year head coach Jeff Boschee and the program's first NCAA appearance since 2015.
