Women’s Tennis: Hawks Fall to Edgewood in Second Match in Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Roger Williams University women's tennis team fell to Edgewood in a tight matchup on Monday afternoon, 5-4, at the USTA National Campus. In doubles play, Edgewood earned an 8-1 victory in No. 3 doubles play with an 8-1 victory, before picking up their second point of the match at No. 1 doubles, when Cecile Fuchs and Evelyn Taylor edged out Gianna Ferraro (Westerly, R.I.) and Alessia Cahoon (Dedham, Mass.) at No. 1 doubles.
