Meric Leads Women’s Golf at Jackrabbit Invitational

BOULDER CITY, Nev. — App State Women's Golf completed the first leg of a busy Spring Break week Tuesday with a 13 th -place finish at the Jackrabbit Invitational outside of Las Vegas. Layla Meric posted a second straight round of 75 and led the Mountaineers with a 78-75-75—228 total to tie for 46 th place. Jacquelyn Taylor came in next with a 77-77-78—232 total, while Hannah Wang (233 total) and Ona Lukes (237 total) both had final-round 77s. Makena Dubois' top round of the event was a first-round 79.
