Murphy and St. Clair Sweep MAC Gymnastics Weekly Awards

CLEVELAND – The Western Michigan gymnastics team swept the weekly Mid-American Conference awards after Payton Murphy was named MAC Gymnast of the Week and Cassie St. Clair was named MAC Specialist of the Week. Murphy tied the program record on floor and won the all-around in WMU's final home meet of the season against Kent State on Sunday. Murphy did not get below a 9.800 in any event, topped off with a 9.975 on floor to match teammate St. Clair, tying for the win.
