Cael Schmitt named second-team all-district by NABC

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Coe College men's basketball player Cael Schmitt picked up another postseason honor earlier this week, being named Second Team All-District by the NABC on Tuesday afternoon. The Kohawk standout was named the A-R-C Defensive Player of the year and a first-team all-league performer for the fourth time in his career while also earning D3hoops.com all-region honors. Schmitt is Coe's first NABC all-district honor since the 2021-22 season when Jarad Kruse earned second-team recognition.
