#17 ‘Cats Travel North for Hockey East Quarterfinal Border Battle at #8 Maine (March 16, 7 PM, ESPN+)

The No. 6 seed and No. 17 nationally-ranked University of New Hampshire men's hockey team (20-14-1, 12-11-1 Hockey East) will play No. 3 seed and No. 8 nationally-ranked Maine (22-10-2, 14-9-1 Hockey East) in the Quarterfinals of the Hockey East Tournament on Saturday, March 16 on ESPN+ at 7 p.m. at Alfond Arena. The Wildcats went 2-1-0 versus Maine in the regular season as UNH fell in Orono, 5-2, on Dec. 1, but the Wildcats then swept the Black Bears by scores of 6-2 and 5-2 in Durham on Feb. 16-17.
