Alec Prentice tabbed Big South Freshman of the Week for a third time

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – USC Upstate's Alec Prentice (Wellington, New Zealand) is the Men's Freshman of the Week honoree for events played March 7-13, it was announced today (Thursday, March 14, 2024) by the Big South Conference. Prentice tied for 19th at the Jackrabbit Invitational (par 72, 7,402 yards) with a 6-over par 222 (75-75-72). He was 5-under on the par-5 holes, and recorded multiple birdies on the back nine during his third round to climb nearly 10 spots on the final leaderboard.
