Royals of the Month Honor Earned By Melilli, McKee

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — AJ McKee and Danielle Melilli were named February's Royals of the Month, the athletic communications office announced. Junior AJ McKee led the Royals to a 4-4 month as they clinched their second straight ASUN Tournament appearance during the month. During February, the Charlotte native averaged 23.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.4 steals per game. McKee reached double figures in all eight games, including a pair of 30-point efforts against Austin Peay and North Florida.
