WASHINGTON, D.C. - Top-seeded Stony Brook held off Campbell in a 61-52 win Friday in the CAA Championship quarterfinal at the Entertainment & Sports Arena. Conference regular season champions Stony Brook (26-3) advance to the CAA semifinals for the first time in program history as eighth-seeded Campbell finishes its season 17-14 overall.
