West Sets Two Program Records at Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational

MYTRLE BEACH, S.C.- The Randolph men's track and field team opened its outdoor season at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational this weekend. Eric West (Amherst, Va./Amherst County) finished 10th in the Collegiate 400 meters. His time 49.07 broke the previous WildCat record of 49.83 set in 2022. West ran the 200 meters in 22.14 to break the old Randolph record of 22.35 set in 2019. Jordan Edwards ran the 200 meters in 22.61. Colby Lambert's (Chesapeake, Va./Western Branch) time was 22.92 and Christian Humes 23.26. Both of their times were personal bests. Lambert also ran the 400 meters in 51.80....
