Women’s Tennis Edged by Wagner, 4-2

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (BUBearcats.com) - The Binghamton women's tennis team (1-16, 1-5) dropped a 4-2 match to Wagner (4-9, 1-3) Friday night on the CSI Tennis Courts. Loren Cuomo and Abby Ackroyd highlighted action for the Bearcats, picking up victories at No. 1 and No. 3 singles, respectively. Ackroyd claimed a three set win in the third spot, taking down the Seahawks' Paula Ysabelle Uy 3-6, 6-4, 6-3. Samantha Jaros and Britney Korir also registered a victory at No. 3 doubles, 6-3.
