Women’s Track and Field Opens Outdoor Season at Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
MYRTLE BEACH, VA.- The Randolph women's track and field team competed in its first outdoor meet of the season at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational. Jennifer Moore (Roanoke, Va./William Fleming) finished eighth in the 400 meters with a time of 1:03.48 which was a personal best for her. She also competed in the 400-meter hurdles and posted a time of 1:11.38 which was just behind Jessica Taylor's time of 1:11.09. Both Taylor and Moore's time rank first and second in program history.
