Softball loses to Fremont, tops Syracuse

The Bear River softball team split its two games last week, losing to Fremont before picking up a win over Syracuse. At Plain City on Thursday, the Silver Wolves scored three runs in the first inning and held on for a 7-2 win. The Bears scored their only two runs in the third inning on RBIs from Bella Douglas and Kaya Towne.
