Addison and Belcher Named Bobcats of the Week

BANNER ELK, N.C. – Lees-McRae softball freshman Lonna Addison and men's track & field freshman Andrew Belcher have been tabbed Bobcats of the Week for March 11 - March 17. Addison, a pitcher from Salisbury, North Carolina, tallied 38 strikeouts in four appearances last week for the Bobcats. Addison went 3-0 on the week and secured a season-high 14 strikeouts in a 2-0 win at King. Addison has the second-most strikeouts in Conference Carolinas this season with 119 and her strikeout-to-walk ratio is 5.41 which is second in the league.
