Coker Women’s Golf Dominates Barton Intercollegiate Tournament with Gyoni and Sundgren Leading Victory

WILSON, NC — Sophomore Daniella Gyoni and freshman Felicia Sundgren finished one-two Tuesday in the Barton Intercollegiate Golf Tournament to power the Coker women’s golf team to their second team victory of the season. With the two Swedes leading the way, Coker posted a 36-hole total of 59-over par and cruised to a 31-shot win over runner-up Emory & Henry. Mount Olive finished third at 96-over par, host Barton was fourth at 101-over and UNC Pembroke placed fifth at plus-109.
