Football Begins Spring Practice
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Southeast Missouri began spring practice at Houck Field Tuesday. SEMO has a total of 15 practices over the next five weeks which culminate with the team's annual spring game on Apr. 20. The Redhawks start their preparation for the upcoming 2024 campaign with a total of 92 players participating in spring drills. That group includes 17 seniors, seven graduates, 33 juniors, 29 sophomores and six freshmen. SEMO brings back 11 starters, including six on defense and five on offense.
