Liam McLinskey named Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year
Worcester, Mass. – Junior Liam McLinskey earned Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year honors, the league announced Tuesday afternoon. McLinskey, a Hobey Baker Award nominee, led the Crusaders to a second-straight Atlantic Hockey Semifinal Round appearance with a league-leading 47 points and 19 goals, and the second-highest mark in assists with 28. His 47 points are tied for the second-highest mark in the Holy Cross division I era, while his 19 goals and 28 assists are each tied for the fourth-highest mark in a single season.
