Men’s Golf placed fifth at Texas Cup

DESOTO, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men’s golf team finished in fifth place at the Texas Cup Tuesday in DeSoto. The Cru shot an overall 295-300-300=895 (+31) to place fifth. Trey Archer was the lead Crusader, carding a second-day 75 and 72 to tie for 13th with an overall 74-75-72=221 (+5). Will Mullin placed 23rd with a 72-78-75=225 (+9) while being one of six athletes to record an eagle.
