Men’s Golf Takes Texas Cup Title

DESOTO, Texas — The LeTourneau men’s golf team overcame a six-shot deficit midway through the final round and captured the team title at the Texas Cup, hosted by UT Dallas at the par-72 Thorntree Golf Club on Tuesday. The YellowJackets shot a 289 on Tuesday to finish the 54-hole tournament at 863 (287-287-289). It is the second team title of the season for LeTourneau. LeTourneau placed three players inside the top five, with all three finishing under par for the tournament.
